UHS Communications & Marketing conducted a Facebook Live interview on April 5 with Ann Teng, DO, medical director of Occupational & Environmental Medicine at UHS, and Drew Deskur, executive director of the Kopernik Observatory & Science Center, on the topic of solar eclipse safety.
North Americans are gearing up for the moon's total eclipse of the sun, which will happen on Monday, April 8.
In the video, Drew discusses what a solar eclipse is, what is so exciting about the one happening on April 8 and why this is considered a once-in-a-lifetime event.
