United Health Services (UHS) To Host Drug Take-Back Day on Sat, Oct 28

The UHS Retail Pharmacy, in conjunction with the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, is hosting a drive-thru prescription drug collection on Saturday, October 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

All varieties of medication (controlled substances and non-controlled substances, tablets, capsules, liquids, inhalers, creams, etc) will be accepted. 

Note: No needles/sharps

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of unused and unwanted prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
