UHS Stay Healthy Kids launches Junior Culinary Academy
The UHS Junior Culinary Academy has been launched as a great way to get children and teenagers in the kitchen, learning how to cook delicious, healthful meals and snacks.
Classes are held once a month; sign up for one class or come each month. Classes are $20 each, per
child, and are held at the Broome County Regional Farmers' Market kitchen, 840 Front St., Binghamton.
Kids, ages 8 to 18, are provided with an apron and recipes to take home, along with the food they have made.

Classes are taught by a UHS chef and a UHS registered dietitian.
Classes will be held on Sept. 19, Oct. 24, Nov. 21 and Dec. 19, from 6 to 8pm.
