UHS Seminar: From Nursing Student to Practicing RN
Are you a nursing student that is planning your next steps after graduation? Join David Klimachefsky, MDiv, RN, and UHS Nurse Residency Coordinator & Affiliating School Liaison, to learn more about strategies for making a successful transition from student to Registered Nurse during the COVID-19 era. This valuable seminar will provide key insights into the unique challenges this graduating class will face and what to look for in an employer to ensure you have the support you need to be successful as you start your career.
In addition, hear from the UHS Talent Acquisition Team about our hiring incentives and career opportunities at United Health Services. Nurse Managers will also be available for one-on-one conversations. Refreshments will be provided and attendees will be entered to win door prizes throughout the evening including an iPad, an Athleta gift card, and a Yeti Hopper BackFlip Cooler.
The event will be happening Wednesday, April 6 from 5:30 -7:30 pm in the Russell Room at UHS Binghamton General Hospital.
