UHS Delaware Valley Hospital's Cutest Baby Contest deadline extended

UHS Delaware Valley Hospital will be sponsoring their annual Cutest Baby Contest during the Delaware County Fair. Fair participants will be the judges, at $.50 a vote, at the hospital booth which is located in the #1 commercial tent.  Prizes are:

• 1st place winner - $100.00 Savings account
• 2nd place - $ 50.00 Savings account
• 3rd place - $ 25.00 Savings account at any one of Wayne Bank’s offices in Delaware County -Walton, Hamden, Franklin, Andes, Roxbury or Stamford or Sullivan County- Roscoe, Callicoon, Liberty, Monticello, Narrowsburg or Wurtsboro.

The following rules apply: 

Enter a current photo of your child.  The child must be 2 years of age or younger. Date of birth must be 8/1/15 or after. Photo cannot be larger than 4”x6”. No framed or mounted photos will be accepted. The child's name, date of birth, parent’s name, address and phone number must be on back of photo. Please include a self-addressed envelope if you would like your photo returned. 

Photos must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. August 7th and can be mailed or brought in to Delaware Valley’s UHS Primary Care sites in Walton, Downsville or Roscoe or mailed to UHS Delaware Valley Hospital, Community Relations, 1 Titus Place, Walton, NY 13856.
