Team UHS attends the 2nd Annual Holistic Health and Wellness Fair

On Saturday, June 24, UHS participated in the 2^nd Annual Holistic Health and Wellness Fair. This was a community event presented by Jennifer Holmberg NP, owner of Wellness Centered LLC.

The event was held at Otsiningo park and was packed full of health and wellness vendors including sound healing, yoga, meditation, reiki, and so much more.

Despite the weather forecast, UHS team members Dawn Figura, Lindsay Darrah, and Jenna Gaffney were there to discuss UHS services and educate the public on the benefits of journaling to improve your mental health. Employees who stopped by the table received a UHS journal as a giveaway. Attendees could receive additional UHS swag by rolling an exercise die and performing a physical activity.
