Pamela Gilbert, FNP joins CMH in Sherburne

UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital’s Vice President of Service Coordination and Development Chris Kisacky, announced that the Chenango Memorial Hospital’s Family Health Center in Sherburne has added a family practice provider that is probably familiar to many in the area.

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Pamela Gilbert, has joined the medical team in Sherburne, to provide expanded medical services to patients at the 38A Classic Street location. 

“We are pleased to welcome Pamela to this important practice, and know that she will fit right in to both the practice and the community” stated Kisacky.

Pamela is a resident of Chenango County and has many connections to the area and is excited to bring her training and experience to Sherburne.  Pamela received her Master in nursing degree from Walden University in Baltimore and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Duquesne University in Pittsburg.

Pamela commented “I am very familiar with this area and enjoy everything about Central New York. I have been practicing here for many years and love making a difference when I can. I try very hard to build relationships with my patients and that ultimately benefit both of us.  I am excited to work for UHS Primary Care in Sherburne and meet many new friends in the process.”

Pamela has a special interest in hospice care and sees patients of all ages in her new practice. Also providing primary care services in Sherburne is Dr. Cheryl Mattern.  Both providers are accepting new patients and offer same day appointments.
