New Podiatric Surgeon joins UHS Chenango Memorial Podiatry
Dr. Jeffrey Todd and Dr. Patricia Warski recently joined the UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital staff and introduced podiatry as a new medical service at the hospital. In a response to increasing demand for podiatric services in Chenango County, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital is excited to welcome a new podiatric physician and surgeon to the practice. Nicholas A. Putrino, DPM, has joined the team and is now seeing patients at UHS Podiatry in Norwich. A native of Binghamton, Dr. Putrino said, “ I have always held this area of Upstate New York close and dear to my heart. I recognize the great need to provide Podiatric services to the community, and I am very excited for the opportunity."
According to Chris Kisacky, Vice President Operations, Dr. Putrino brings a new level of care to an already important and proven practice. Dr. Putrino is trained in Podiatric Services as well as foot and ankle surgery. He will offer additional access to needed care through both the podiatry office and surgical departments at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital. Kisacky stated that “Employing Dr. Putrino adds to our capacity to serve the local podiatric needs here at Chenango Memorial. Dr. Putrino will enable our medical staff to serve more patients with the high quality podiatric services and surgical options local residents expect and deserve.”
Dr. Putrino is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with a special interest in foot surgery. Dr. Putrino received his degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Ohio. He is board qualified by both ABFAS and ABPM.
