Mitchell Avenue to close for construction

Beginning on Thursday, August 27 at 6:30am, Mitchell Avenue will have limited and at times no access while the city of Binghamton completes a repaving project. This will include milling, preparation work, and paving between Vestal Ave. to Guilfoyle Ave.

The project will be completed with paving which will occur no later than end of business on Friday, September 4. All of this is dependent on weather and unexpected delays.

Throughout the duration of the project we recommend staff and patients use Park Ave. and South Washington St. to access the hospital parking lots.
