Media information for United Health Services (UHS) first babies
You may be interested in covering the first baby born in our region at Christmas and at the start of the New Year. If either or both of these events should occur at a UHS hospital, here's how to get the information:
For information on babies born at UHS Wilson Medical Center, call 763-6000 and ask for the Nursing Supervisor. This person will assist you with information on both days.
For information on babies born at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital, call 373-0570. A nurse will assist you with information on both days.
Please remember that permission to do a story is at the discretion of the mother and is governed by HIPAA rules.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation.
