Free Outreach Baby Care classes starting Oct. 26

UHS, in partnership with the Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network, is offering FREE Baby Care Classes out in the community.
This important class offers an overview of essential newborn baby care, including:
- How to care for and feed the baby
- Benefits of breastfeeding and breast care
- Breast pumps, milk supply and storage
- Safety at home
- Helping baby sleep through the night
- Developing skills to comfort the baby
- Opportunities to practice baby care skills will also be available
Plus, other important information about caring for yourself and your newborn baby!
Gift bags including Mom & Baby goodies will be handed out to each mom attending! We will also have three raffle drawings at each class for items like diapers, baby care items and gift cards!
NOTE: Childcare will be provided during the class.
We understand some expecting moms are moms already, which can make it hard to attend these classes. Childcare will be provided during the classes at the Mothers & Babies Perinatal Network. If this service is needed, please include the names and ages of the children who will be attending while registering for the class.
