Lung Cancer Screening Center at UHS
People who currently smoke or formerly smoked are at higher risk for lung cancer. The American Cancer Society recommends yearly lung cancer screening with low-dose CT (LDCT) scans for people who:
- If you are 50 – 80 years old,
- are a current smoker, or a former smoker who has quit within the last 15 years;
- have a 20 year pack history;
and - have not had a CT of the chest within the last year.
Appointments are required.
