UHS Binghamton General Hospital

UHS Binghamton General Hospital holds 220 beds and provides general medical clinic services such as surgical, rehabilitative, and emergency care to the people of greater Binghamton.

It offers 24-hour emergency care and operates such major regional programs as orthopedic surgery, bariatric care, wound care, physical therapy and rehabilitation services, chemical dependency treatment service, behavioral health program, sleep center and gastroenterology laboratory at our medical clinic.

UHS Imaging Binghamton General Hospital features new, technologically advanced equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of many types of illness and injury. It is home to the region’s new multi-purpose NuBOOM® interventional radiology room. Our accreditation by the American College of Radiology for CT and nuclear medicine means we meet the most stringent national standards in safety, quality and staff expertise.

• Vascular and interventional radiology

• Scoliosis series
• Fluoroscopy studies

*Outpatient MRIs are performed at UHS Vestal MRI and UHS Harrison Street MRI, and inpatient MRIs are performed at UHS Wilson Medical Center MRI.

* Mammograms are available through the UHS Breast Center.
