Empty Bowls at UHS Wilson Medical Center

Come and enjoy the annual delicious buffet lunch that supports the Southern Tier Food Bank and the UHS Foundation STOP Hunger Fund.

This year's Empty Bowls dates will be Tuesday, April 8 on the 3rd floor in the Gateway Building on the UHS Wilson Medical Center Campus and Wednesday, April 9 in the Russell Room at UHS Binghamton General Hospital, both from 11:30am to 1:30pm.

Lunch will feature a Slider Station, including spicy pulled chicken, classic crab cake and/or impossible burger, all with assorted toppings and sauce choices (guests can pick two sandwiches). Or, guests can choose from the Custom Italian Tossed Pasta Bar, including choice of sauce, pasta, toppings, and finished with a protein, your choice of seared shrimp, blackened chicken or marinated tofu. Plus, there will be delicious soups, fresh fruit and desserts! All generously donated by Compass!

Participants will be able to select a beautifully handcrafted pottery bowl provided by our wonderful friends at Roberson Museum Clayworks as a reminder of your role in helping those in need.

The cost is $25. You can register for the event online by clicking here OR you can fill out a form, found here and return it with check to the UHS Foundation, 10-42 Mitchell Avenue, Binghamton, NY 13903. Please make checks payable to the UHS Foundation.

No physical ticket is required. Once payment is received, you will get an email confirmation of reservation. On the date of the event, head to your chosen location and check-in at the registration table.
