Prenatal Breastfeeding
This class is designed for the woman who has chosen to breastfeed her baby or for the woman who is undecided about what feeding method is right for her. Prenatal preparation, getting started in the hospital and prevention of common problems will be discussed. Other topics include breast pumps, expressing breast milk and practical strategies for continuing to breastfeed when returning to work.
- This class is free to attend.
- Registration for this class can be done by website submission only.
- Attendees are welcome to bring one adult guest to this class.
Location
NEW LOCATION: This class is located in the Gateway Building (Conference Room 4-1) on the UHS Wilson Medical Center Campus. Please enter through the main entrance of the campus, at the UHS Wilson Main Tower. Once parked, the tower entrance can be accessed via Baldwin or Harrison streets.
