UHS Virtual Healthcare

UHS Virtual Healthcare is an innovative solution that connects patients with healthcare providers using advanced technology and telecommunications systems. This form of care allows medical services to be delivered remotely through digital platforms, offering a wide range of healthcare services. By expanding access to care, virtual healthcare helps improve health equity, ensuring that more people have the opportunity to receive the care they need, regardless of their location or circumstances.

The United Health Services New York Virtual Healthcare is committed to leading the way in innovation and quality, continuously enhancing our services to provide the best possible care for our patients. This approach eliminates barriers like geographical distance, mobility challenges, and time constraints, making healthcare more accessible for individuals in rural areas, those with limited transportation options, and anyone seeking convenient, timely care.

UHS Virtual Provider Care

If you'd like to schedule a virtual appointment with your UHS provider, please call your provider's office. He or she will determine if a visit through our UHS Virtual Provider Care program is right for you. For patients who don't have high speed internet or a device with a camera, your provider may decide if a voice-only telephone call may be appropriate to provide you with care.
